The NEW DEAF BAYOU e-news was first published on December 1, 2005 and distributed to thousands of deaf, deaf-blind, & hard of hearing community citizens VIA e-mail. As you may received the first issue of the DEAF BAYOU e-news earlier, the DEAF BAYOU e-news serves as an independent subscription, created by Dan Arabie, Editor. The subscription will be distributed on the 1st day of every month. The purpose of the DEAF BAYOU e-news is to strongly state our needs in sharing with the diverse of deaf, deaf-blind, & hard of hearing citizens in our community to KEEP DEAF ALIVE.
