8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 bananas sliced
1 cup strawberry pie filling
1 cup cool whip
Baked 9-inch pie filling
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat on high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Fold cream cheese and cool whip together. Arrange banana slices on cool pie shell. Spread cream cheese and cool whip over bananas. Top strawberry pie filling on cream cheese and cool whip. Refrigerate.
Strawberry Pie Filling
1 pint strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
Cook strawberry and sugar on low heat.
Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Put all ingredients in pie pan. Mix with hands into a ball. Spread dough in the pan with hands. Prick dough with fork.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
