Poem
Family Tapestry
I look at my family
In the stream of history
I see many colors and nations
From whence we've come.
I'm the center of the tree
As I weave my tapestry
Each branch is lovingly stitched
Without a hitch.
Shall I tell of my family's
Sorrows, defeats and victories
Shall I tell what's in my blood
Since that great flood.
I'm father, mother, lover, child
With threads of colors compiled
I'm weaving my family's
World tapestry.
