New Orleans Black Deaf Advocates is selling a $1.00 ticket or 6 for $5.00.  All processed to the benefit to Miss Black Deaf America Pageant. The drawing will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 during 15th NOBDA Anniversary Celebration.

2nd Prize: GPS
