We’re happy to announce HKNC’s new electronic newsletter - CONNECT. We have expanded the format of HKNC’s in-house newsletter - the IN-TOUCH. We’ll not only be keeping you “in-touch” with what’s happening at the Center and but also tell you about things that are happening around the country of interest to people who are deaf-blind. We are planning to publish CONNECT three times a year.

I have been pushing for this newsletter for some time so I'm very pleased to see it come to life. I hope you will find the news interesting and helpful to you. I look forward to your comments.
