Father of Heaven, Mother of Earth
 
Heavenly Father and Earthly Mother
Without beginning or ending of days
Each always caring for one another
And their children in countless ways.
 
Intellectual Father of Heaven
Emotional Mother of Earth
He chose the number seven
And she chose love and mirth.
 
When our great Father and lowly Mother did meet
Did He fall in love with Her beauty and compassion
And She with Him as She knelt and bowed to His feet
Was He moved by Her true humility and fiery passion.
 
Was His hardened heart hopelessly and forever captured
By the One who filled Him with love, devotion and desire
Consumed In the glow of the night left them enraptured
Heavenly stars bursted creating new galaxies with fire.
 
Father of Wisdom and Mother of Love
The two sharing and ruling side by side
She became His creation from above
And He became Her universal guide.
 
Father of wisdom
Blessed kingdom
Mother of Earth
Full of mirth.

There once was a woman ... Mother Nature (Melly)
And a man ... Father Compassion (Harvey)
Together they bonded
Both of them could never get enough
Of spiritual stuff
Though sometimes the going got rough.
In a way they got the Chinese proverb
'Man is like fire ... and woman is like water'
reversed ...
But the result is still the same
Mother Nature is flamboyant, fiery, passionate
and a bit irrational
While Father Compassion is mostly
cool-headed and warm-hearted
Mostly they lived happily ever after ....
