Easy Shrimp Fettuccine
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb bag of frozen shrimp
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups half-n-half
4 oz. velvetta cheese
Seasoning of your favorite
1 (12 oz.) bag of fettuccine, cooked and drained
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In a large pot, melt butter. Add green onions, celery, and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, soup, half-n-half, cheese and seasoning to taste. Combine well. Bring to simmer and let cook until sauce start to thicken. Add pasta. Stir well then place in large glass dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with hot garlic bread and salad.
