President-elect Obama has asked Eric Holder to serve as the Attorney General.

It is the same Eric Holder that led the investigation into alleged use of excessive force by the Gallaudet officers during the past Student Protest over the selection of the President.

The investigation resulted in a list of recommendations for Gallaudet officers to follow in their work on the campus.

Said a deaf attorney:

I'm sure he's more than sufficiently good on ADA issues in general. He's a very well-respected attorney in the DC legal community
