This issue (July) of the DEAF BAYOU e-news dedicates to Mark Gasaway, chair and his asting committee for well-preparing Helen keller Deaf-Blind Awareness at Atlanta, Georgia over the weekend.  The awareness plays an important role toducate everyone for better knowledge of deaf-blind lives and especially lifehood of Helen Keller.

 

Editor Dan at 48!:  As you may aware of Editor Dan turning 48 years young, he was vacationing to New Orleans & Houma for a week-long.  To view a grid of photos celeberating 48th, click on:  Dan at 48!

NAD DB Workshop:  The deaf-blind workshop entitled "The World of Darkness & Silence" was accepted for the 49th Biennial NAD Conference, July 7-11, 2008 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, LA and is scheduled on Wednesday, July 9th at 2:30 PM.  There will be three (3) co-presenters:

Dan Arabie, Jackie Broussard, & Mark Landreneau, all natives of LoUiSiAna addressing those different topics.

 

(Note:  Editor Dan is invited by AADB Executive Director, Jamie Pope for dinner during the break at the NAD conference.)
