All you need is a videophone, an Internet connection, and a TV/monitor, and CSDIO will provide you with a qualified video interpreter. CSDIO is more cost effective than community interpreting (no upfront two-hour minimum fee, no mileage or administrative scheduling cost), and it is ADA compliant.
